Health emergency caused by the COVID-19 pandemic is putting a strain on the life and work of our communities

Envia has developed the RIESKO procedure to reorganize its activity towards a new standard of work to guarantee first of all the health of our employees and their families, but also the continuation of the activities provided to our clients operating in the public utility sectors.
RIESKO implements the national and regional regulations issued during the emergency, integrating them with the best practices deriving from our experience in the field of workplace health and safety.
There are three pillars on which the procedure is based: reorganisation of space, sharing solutions and maintaining productivity. The reorganization of the spaces was carried out on two levels: first of all, the individual workstations were located in separate rooms to avoid co-presence on a single office; secondly, the common areas (meeting rooms, coffee areas, warehouse) were equipped with hygienic devices and protocols to avoid crowding and maintain the correct spacing. We have paid the utmost attention to maintaining a serene working environment starting from a shared analysis of critical issues to express the best operational solutions with the contribution of all staff. In addition to collective well-being, specific and personal needs have been considered for which temporary telework procedures have been implemented to guarantee, for example, parental assistance to colleagues with children at home from school. Leveraging the IT infrastructure and implementing some specific configurations, we continued to collaborate among colleagues on the various orders by using remote meetings and sharing tables and reports in remote desktop mode, maintaining and in some cases improving productivity.
RIESKO also implements the indications that come from the scientific and health world. The biweekly sanitization of all spaces and the distribution of individual protection devices for outdoor activities is provided for. Hand sanitation facilities have also been made available in all common areas. Finally, each employee was equipped with a thermometer for daily body temperature detection.

The RIESKO procedure is proving to be very effective in managing the ongoing health crisis thanks to the commitment and attention lavished by all Envia staff.
